Hex steps across a fallen log and notices something shining near where her foot landed. She reaches down and picks it up, examining it. A faint glow emanates from its cracked screen. It appears to be an Eden staff tablet. The bottom corner is covered in blood. When the facility initiated emergency protocols, the procedures for staff would be pushed to these tablets. This one doesn’t seem to have received it yet, so she is careful to lock the screen and remove the battery before she stows it.
